One of the standout dishes at Noodle Alley is the Cold Sesame Noodle, which is a flavorful blend of Sichuan peppercorn, chili oil, sesame paste, peanuts, and cucumber. “ Ive been here twice and will absolutely be going back soon. The first time I went, I had the Tom Yum which was phenomenal. I had it with the chicken which was a bit dry so next time I think Id choose the shrimp. The next time I went I had the dandan noodles and holy mother of noodle loving Christ were they good. The richness of the peanut flavor was amazing. I would drink the sauce if I could. I had it with beef which only added to the amazing flavor. My wife had the beef rib soup which, again, was amazing. ”
“ Our first time here and thoroughly impressed with the flavors. We ordered Dan Dan noodles, popcorn chicken and the soup dumplings. The Dan Dan noodles had a good peanut flavor, but was slightly too oily for my preference. Would definitely order again if I can request less oil. The popcorn chicken was well fried with good flavor by itself. I especially liked that the batter was not too thick and meat was plentiful in all dishes! Im not a fan of strong spicy mayos so we ended up making our own sauce at the sauce counter using soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil. They also had pickled radish and carrots at the counter which we loved and came back for more. The soup dumplings were our least favorite but was still tasty. The skin is thicker and soup was more salty than what we normally go for which is just personal preference. Overall the food was fresh and plentiful for the price point. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes! ”
“ I took a chance on an order because I was nearby and REALLY wanted some noodles. Dan dan noodles were great, appreciated the separation of sauces, because they were ready to go takeout order Sichuan nut sauce with pickled mustard, chili crisp, black vinegar. And the most friendly staff. I would return just for the kindness. ”
“ As my personal adventure on trying local noodle restaurants continues, we stopped by at the Noodle Alley today. We ordered Hot Pot Beef noodle soup, chicken fried rice, a couple of shrimp and pork wontons and an order of steamed pork soup dumplings. Their fried rice had a good flavor, not too salty and the rice was not stuck together and I liked the broth of the Hot Pot beef noodle soup might not be the best one around here but definitely had the back in Taiwan feel. Overall, I would recommend this place. ”
“ If youre looking for a place with hearty portions and fantastic flavors, Noodle Alley is a mustvisit. We had an incredible dining experience here, sampling a variety of their dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. We ordered the soup dumplings, red braised beef short noodle, shoyu ramen, and hotpot beef noodle soup. Each dish was bursting with flavor and prepared with great attention to detail. The portions were massive, making it perfect for anyone with a big appetite or looking to share plates with friends or family. The soup dumplings were a highlight, with a perfectly tender wrapper and a rich, savory filling. The red braised beef short noodle stood out with its tender meat and bold, flavorful broth. The shoyu ramen had a classic yet elevated taste, and the hotpot beef noodle soup was hearty and satisfying with just the right level of spice. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. ”

The Food 910 We started with the Fried Spring Rolls, which were crispy, golden, and filled with a savory mix of veggies. They were the perfect appetizer to kick off the meal. Next, we tried the Shrimp and Pork Wontons, and they were absolutely delicious. The wontons were tender and flavorful, with a light yet savory broth that tied everything together. The StirFried Chicken Noodles were a hitperfectly cooked noodles with tender chicken and a nice balance of veggies. The seasoning was just right, making it a comforting and satisfying dish. The standout, though, was the Dan Dan Noodles. They were rich, spicy, and packed with flavor. The noodles had the perfect texture, and the sauce was a delicious mix of savory, nutty, and slightly spicy. And lets not forget the cucumber pickles from the condiments section! They were so refreshing and flavorful that I kept going back for more. Tangy, crunchy, and slightly spicy, they were the perfect palate cleanser between bites. The Service 810 The staff was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly, and the servers were attentive without being intrusive. The Atmosphere 810 Noodles Alley has a casual, cozy vibe with a modern touch. Its a great spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. We left feeling full and happy, already planning our next visit. Final Thoughts Noodles Alley is a fantastic spot for noodle lovers. The StirFried Chicken Noodles, Dan Dan Noodles, and Shrimp and Pork Wontons were all highlights, and the cucumber pickles were an unexpected treat. If youre in the mood for flavorful, satisfying Asian cuisine, this is the place to go. ”
“ I love the Braided Beef Short Rib Noodles. Super flavorful and the meat falls off the bone. Its tender but still has some bite. The broth is so good and a tiny bit spicy. It is a bit expensive but they give a good portion. Best part is honestly the free spicy pickled cucumber they have, which isnt very spicy but very tasty and crunchy and complimens the noodles very well. Ive also tried the soup dumplings and theyre ok, probably like 3.5 stars, so stick to the noodles and youll have a good time. There is a weird slight restroomlike smell in the place which is the only major negative. ”
“ Today I had a pleasure of meeting the owner, he was awesome, the food was wonderful I had the beef short rib Ramen! It was the best Ive ever had. Especially the gravy!!! I would definitely go back coming all the way from Killeen going all the way to Cedar Park! ”
